I purchased the Newport necklace about 1 year ago. It broke after only wearing it a few times.
I called customer service and told them I no longer had the receipt, but the representative told me I could return it. So I mailed in the necklace along with a letter with my contact information and never received the replacement necklace and never heard back from the company.
I called again and was asked if I sent the $7 service fee plus sales tax along with the necklace - I was never told I had to do this and explained that to the representative. She then said they had no record of receiving the necklace.
So now I am out $39 for a necklace. The representative basically was telling me that since they had no record of receipt or tracking number they couldn't do anything.
Don't buy anything from this company - very poor customer service and apparently despite what they tell you at the home parties, they DO NOT stand behind their products.
